Mission

The mission at Little Falcons Pre-K is to engage students through play and natural exploration. While an advanced curriculum teaching your child about letters, shapes, and numbers is taught, we never stop playing. "Play," both structured and unstructured, is essential for children to learn the basic skills that are needed for Kindergarten.  Your children will explore nature in all elements, have dance parties, participate in arts and sensory activities, circle and calendar time, science experiments, center time,  and more. Mrs. B will combine the curriculum with play, and make every day at Little Falcons refreshing and fun!

Meet the Teacher

Katie Schwartz-Bruner, who students call "Mrs. B," was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. Katie holds a General Associates Degree from Clark College, a Bachelor Degree in English from Arizona State University, and a Masters degree in Educational Studies in Elementary Education from Western Governor's University. Katie shares her home with her husband and their three children-Mason, Elizabeth, and Layna.
Their favorite way to spend time is by having family movie nights or playing board games together. During the Summer, Katie and her family spend a lot of time at Mayfield Lake, either boating or relaxing by the campfire.
